I have the same problem

I have a dv9310us and the wireless simply stop working.

I can not enter the hP WIRELESS ASSISTANT, it is like it has been erased all of a sudden.

I read in the hp page that they suggest to update bios downloading sp 36551 in my case but i cant find the archive in the page neither the link mentioned works.

Can anyone tell me what can i do?
