Internet access/Error 607

I'm having trouble using the modem to go online with my expasion pack and Targus modem. My Pocket Pc doens't even recognize the modem as it should.
And since I've downloaded the AOL program to my Pocket Pc, I get the Error 607 message when I'm trying to synchronize.
Does anyone know how to fix it??
