Multiport GPRS W300 - selection operator network ???

With my notebbok Evo N410c with GPRS Multiport W300 from HP I use above all GPRS connection. I use Mobil PhoneTools from BVRP, but delivered with the Evo notebook and multiport from HP. I use GPRS connectivity without problem and I use GPRS connection to the access to Internet in Czech, Germany, France etc. But sometimes , after switch on the GPRS Multiport, multiport connect to the operator network which not support GPRS (probably strength of the network signal). And I need manually switch to other operator network like on the classical mobil phone where I can choose in menu phone from list network my selection. Support Mobil PhoneTools supplied with Evo and Multiport option to select operator network or no manually??
The selection of other operators should be possible only via roaming.
