NC6000 wireless drops...
Hello,
I have an Evo NC6000 that is experiencing the wireless connection dropping for no reason. This happens when the user is actively using the machine (i.e., not affiliated with system standby, etc.). The wireless will drop, and then re-connect within a matter of seconds. WinXPPro/patched out/BIOS updated...
Thanks!
Shane

Re: NC6000 wireless drops...
I had the same issue and this worked for me:
disable wireless zero-configuration:
Right-click my computer and hit "Manage".
Go to "Services and Applications"->"Services"
Right-click "Wireless Zero Configuration" and then click "Stop" in the "General" tab.
If this fixes the problem, then disable the service via the popup box next to the "Startup type:" label.
