Netbook and quickweb problem with wireless access

I'm trying to get an HP netbook working, Setup was interupted for the quickweb portion. When quickweb starts it just keeps trying to connect between 2 different wireless networks instead of the prefered wireless network. Is there a way to re-setup the wirless portion of the quickweb feature?

Thanks in advance for any info.

What model netbook do you have and what Windows version?

It's a netbook 110, with Windows 7 starter.
