NOT WORKING WIRELESS PRINTER ADAPTOR

Hello, i can't install the software to enable my newly purchased HP wirelss printer . i get as far as the point where the computer dongle tries to establish a link with the printer adapter, but it then fails. i have also a wireless router for my broadband connection, is this causing the problem, please help?? , the printer works fine with a wired connection.

Hi Mike,
There is two option for IP address allocation to wireless printer device by static or through DHCP.

The major thing is that what is the security parameter for connection of wireless.
Is it MAC address or others. If MAC Addess then you have to put MAC address of wireless device (printer) in wireless access point(setting option).

After that you can get any result.

Please read configuration manual of HP wireless printer.
