nw8000 wlan problem

I have updated os from winxp to win2003,
but I find that there is not any hp wlan w400-w500 driver for win2003, so I have to use hp wlan w400-w500 driver for win2000 driver.Luckily it can be installed successfully, unluckily it can't work normal.
I try three AP All failed, it can catch it, but there is not any ip distribution. I need your kind help,thanks a lot.
