can i restrict the printer can be used by only some users.

can we set priority to users to use the printer which have the same or abvoe priority

i think u didnt get my requirment exactly.
i know how to do this in linux and windows but i want to configure this feature in hp-ux 11.11.
can you please explain what type questions only can i post here. why this is not right place for my question
