Problems Loading module NC510C
I installed a HP NC510C PCIe 10 Gigabit Server Adapter card into a Sun Server running Redhat linux version 2.6.9-42.0.8.ELsmp.
I've tried the drivers for 3 different OS's from HP's site:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (AMD64/EM64T)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (AMD64/EM64T)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (x86)
Everything compiled and loaded fine, but after I rebooted the system and typed "modprobe nx_nic" to load the module I always got this error:
FATAL: Error inserting nx_nic (/lib/modules/2.6.9-42.0.8.ELsmp/kernel/drivers/net/nx_nic.ko): Invalid module format
Has anyone else seen this or might know that the problem is?
