problems with HP DV6000
I have two laptops HP DV6000s and I am not happy at all with neither one, needless to say my next laptop will NOT be an HP.
The problems I experienced with both of them are:
Black screen
Wireless malfunctions
batterie issues
Charging issues
HP should definitely look seriously into this problem for this make and model because apparently there are a few unhappy and frustrated customers around the world.
By the way I have also contacted customer support. Eventhough the agents are courteous and professional, they did not help solve my problems and frankly I felt they were more suitable to solve a simple malfunction or a software glitch.
