Startup Error

Hi,
I am having Compaq presario M2000 and recently i am getting msg as "104-Unsupported Wireless Network Device detected.System Halted.Remove device and Restart."IS there any problem with my wireless card whether i need to update my firmware of the card.How i should go about solving this problem.
