Wireless edge help

Hi I have a products 5400 al switch with the wireless edge module installed, everything seems to be ok, I have set up 3 vlans 1-default 100-secure access 101 guest access, the vlans get dhcp addresses fom a central dhcp server, when my phone or laptop connect to any of the ssid's it gets the correct ip address fit that ssid/vlan but when I turn on any form of wireless encryption the devices don't get an ip address !!! Help any ideas
