WL110 Connection Problem
Using Ipaq with WL110 PCmia card to Router ( Aceess Point) Can access Win Me and Win 95 computers thru Pocket Lan, but even though can connect to XP Home computer ( which is hard wired to router) cannot access the folders or files that are set up for sharing . On the other computers I have easy access. Someone if you have seen this please help.

Re: WL110 Connection Problem
XP does not support netbeui by default. If that is how your other devices are communicating then you need to turn it on on the XP. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;en-us;301041&
Even if it is on but is on a different interface of the router the router will block the netbeui broadcasts unless you either bridge the ports together or use what Cisco calls IP Helper-Address to convert the broadcasts to unicasts so they can pass the router.
You may also be able to get it to work using TCP/IP and not netbeui if you add the other computers to the LMHOSTS file of each PC.
