WL110 does not work

I'm trying to get a WL110 working with a base intel pro 2011 LAN Access point, but it seems that is not compatible, as it is always saying Connected during 2/3 seconds, and disconnected again. it detects the Intel network, and ask me to select on the available networks (in this case 101) but when I said connect, it blinks, but turn off again.
any idea? which tests can I do more?
