What happens when I change the firmware server setting in a Server group?

I have a Server group and it has a firmware server setting for 2024.04.00.02 and want to change it to 2025.01.00.00 If I do that will the firmware update be done immedialy even though the servers are powered on an running? That would be a bit dramati...
