3300 failure

Hi,



There has been a electrical failure in the building where I work, and one 3300 switch has not rebooted properly... All the 48 ports status leds are ON, except the port 1 and 2, which are blinking...



I tried to reboot it several times but without success... Do you have any idea of the meaning of that ?
