HI:

I setup my switch , assigned an static IP, and now i dont have acces to the web interface. I downloaded the detect utility, it does not detect anything.

The switch is working, because I have my network working well, but I dont know why the detect utility does not recognize my switch.

My laptop does not has a serial port for using the console. I need to acces it by web

Matthews, purchase a USB adapter en plug it on the console cable in order to access the switch. If the switch is connected to another switch with L3 capabilities, check the MAC address of the Baseline in the ARP table to figure out its IP address.
