3Com 3848 switch using extra IP address
Our 3Com SuperStack 3 3848 switch is using 2 IPv4 addresses on our LAN, even though it's only assigned one. It's assigned 10.x.x.33, but it's also using 10.x.x.0. This is confirmed by MAC address, as shown by nmap scan and by "arp -a". It's apparently been doing this for a while, although I only discovered it today.
The browser UI for the switch works on either IP address (both simultaneously, in fact). I can't find any settings to cause this behavior, or anybody else who has complained about it.
Has anyone else seen this behavior?
