3com 4500 and 4210 syslog wrong hostname

3com 4500 and 4210 syslog wrong hostname

I have a 3com 4500 and a 3com 4210G switch setup to log to a syslog server (rsyslog on centos).

I have configured the hostname and system name on both the switches but the host shows up as "2013" instead of the hostname, e.g. switch1 or switch2

 

I also have a couple of 3com 4400 switches that don't have this problem.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
