3com 4500 booting problem after upgradation
I have upgraded 3com 4500-26port , after that it is not able to boot. Is there any solution to solve this problem?

Have you verified the images so they are for your hardware but also done a md5/sha checksum controll of the file itself before uploading it to the device so there is nothing broke at that stage?
Are there no release notes included? For some devices (I think some HP Procurve E-series) I think you needed to upgrade first to a specific version and then upgraded into the latest - going straight to the latest from a very old version would fail (for some odd reason, I guess because it does more in the background than just load the firmware file itself).
