3com 4500 layer 3 switch acl

i have configured port 27 as router port and connected a pc. One more pc i have connected in port 20. Vlan4 interface is applied on port 20 with ip 192.10.10.10/24. Port 27 is link port hybrid and vlan 10 interface is applied with 192.11.11.11/24. Now i am able to ping from one pc to other. Created an acl with two rules.

Rule 1 permit icmp

Rule 2 deny ip

And applied on router port 27.

Now i am not able ping from one pc to other. Even router is not able to ping 192.11.11.11.

 

Vlan-interface 10 ip address is 192.11.11.1/24

Vlan-interface 4 ip address is 192.10.10.1/24

 

What might be the problem?
