3COM 4500g switch console not responding

Hi,

 

I have a 3com switch 4500g 24 ports, and after a short time turned off it just can´t turn on again!

The lights are on (PWR LED is orange), but the console connection don´t respond!

I tried to reconect a lot of times, with other pc, with other cable, without success!!

The power light still orange and i can´t connect by console.

Someone knows something about it?
