3com 4800g port25 doesn't function

Hi

I've got a problem. I want to connect a E4500 to port 25 but I can't ping the device.

On port 14 with a SPF 1000_Base_T adaptor it works.

Could someone help me?

I don't no why it shows the mac but I can't ping the device.
