3Com Switch Manager - 4200G Connect Issue

I have (3) 4200G switches that I setup as a Cluster.  I can access all switches using the IP addresses that I have manullay set.  When I try to use the 3Com Switch Manager, I can connect to the "Member" switches, but not the "Commander" switch.  If I rreturn all the switches to "Individual", I can access all of them.



Anybody have any thoughts?
