4500 bootroom password

<meta content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" http-equiv="Content-Type" />I've put a password on my bootroom then set  the default password by using "Modify bootrom password" from the menu so that I can hit enter only to go to boot room menu. but unfortunately the "no password" is not working. I've tried to update my bootroom firmware to 4.02 to reset it password to no password. but I failed to fix the problem. anyone can share their thoughts?
