4500 No File Flash
I have just downloaded the software update package "S4500_s3n_3_03_02s56p06.exe" and applied it to a new 4500 (3CR17562-91) 50 port switch. Now when I use the Web interface I get the error message "There is no file flash:/s3p04_03.web on the Flash. Or the file does not match the software eunning on the device. The released package is s3p04_03.web"
Via the CLI a dir command displays this very file in I can see this very file "unit1>flash:/". I have deleted the file and re TFTP'd it with no change. WHat is the solution please.

Re: 4500 No File Flash
Hi,
Did you find a solution for this? I have the exact same error after doing this upgrade on my 4500/ 26 port.
Thanks and regards
mat

Re: 4500 No File Flash
Hi Mat,
No. I have searched and searched but found no answers. The switches (about 10) all perform fine and are still manageable.

Re: 4500 No File Flash
3.03.02p09 that is available now fixes this issue.
