4500G stacking and HA

Hello

I`d like to know how exactly is that stacking. What happend if the Managment switch go failure. What happend next. Other one will be managed switch or the whole stack go faile. i want do make stack with 3 x 4500g. Promote one as the managment switch, and connect servers to at least to switches on cross, so if any thing wrong happend with one of them , there will be still connection to other one. So if the Managment switch breaks , there will be a big crash or not ??
