4500G tracert timeout

A few months ago I posted a discussion regarding a 4500G that does not respond in a traceroute.  Since I can not find the original I'm reposting.

The 4500G has five VLANs configured, three with interfaces.  Traceroute among the VLANs shows the following:

  1    <1 ms    <1 ms    <1 ms  200.0.1.231


  2     *        *        *     Request timed out.


  3     4 ms     2 ms     2 ms  10.1.0.10

One reply from the original post mentioned using the command "ip unreachables enable".  No change in behavior.

Does anyone else have a suggestion?
