Anyone know how to setup SSH user access to the 5130EI series comware based switches?

Have a look at HPE FlexNetwork 5130 EI Switch Series Fundamentals Configuration Guide here (in particular read starting from Page 30 Section "Logging in through SSH", it's the Sheet 37 of 187).
