Baseline 2924 - SFP Plus
I have a 3Com Baseline 2924 - SFP Plus switch model # 3CBLSG24
I have a switch that needs fixed IP, and VLans, i can do this but here is my problem. When/if the device loses power, i lose everything i have configured. I have created a backup and then restore but when i do, nothing has been saved.
Am i doing something wrong? Do i need to download new firmware?
To create the backup I select the https, and create, save to my desktop.
Then to test i am resetting the appliance, go to the restore Tab, and upload via http, then it tells me to reboot. I go to the reset tab, and press the reboot button.
I appreciate any help in advance.

Re: Baseline 2924 - SFP Plus
I had this problem with 2924's and the 2948's. The latest firmware fixed the problem for me.

Re: Baseline 2924 - SFP Plus
You did click on the "Save Configuration" link on the upper left of the admin page before rebooting, did you?
