Basline and Failover policys?

Hi All,



I have a the following switches that I am looking to get setup into a fail over type cluster using the FC ports so that if one switch fails the other 3 still have access as do the servers.



Could someone advise if this is possible and if so point me in the right direction of any installation docs as I can't seem to find any.
