Hello, I'm using 4210G 48-port with 1 processor. After running display cpu-usage task i see:

Switch has no users on it, is this normal? And what is VIDL,bLK1 and other tasks, where I can read about them?

I discussed this few years ago with a member of the R&D. They will not publish a processlist.
But to your question:
VIDL: Idle process as every OS has it.
bLK0/1: Scheduled process to observe the port states and changes.
This behavior is normal and does not effect the forwarded traffic.
