Firmware for 3com Switches

Hello

we have an 3com Baseline Switch 2948-SFP plus

the acutal firmware is: 01.00.01

where can i find the new firmware for this device ?

How about HP SS3 SW 3300 TM 24PT PACKAGED 3com 3c16986A its not available in HP archive ...
