FTP File updates from 3Com

Greetings:



Im at the following web location ( http://www.3com.com/products/en_US/result.jsp?selected=all&sort=effdt&order=desc&sku=3C16980A-US ) and I'm trying to downlaod files from the FTP server (example ftp://ftp.3com.com/pub/switches/s2s02_72.exe ) with no success, I've cleared my setting in IE 7.0 back to default, and the ftp port on my rounter is forwarded to this computer, I can access OTHER FTP servers, but still having problems with 3com's FTP, what am I doing wrong ?

No Problem from here; I downloaded using IE the file from @ ftp://ftp.3com.com/pub/switches/s2s02_72.exe

Try to connect to the site, then when connected, open it in Explorer. This is not Internet Explorer (IE)
