IP Rip peer information question
Hi,
When you send the show ip rip peer command, what should you expect?
Get only a peer per port receiving rip information?
or get my neighbors peers also?
Thanks,

Re: IP Rip peer information question
RIP have no real concept of neighbors, so you will not see that.

Re: IP Rip peer information question
Hi, thanks for the answer,
Look, I know it doesn't have a real concept for it, but in procurve I notice that I can add hundreds of peer using the same interface, and the 2910 only accept one per port.
So my question is: What is the right behavior? adding multiple to the same interface? or one per port?
I'm using a traffic generator to do it, and I just noticed that weird behavior.
Thanks,
Marco,
