lost configuration before to reboot

my sw 4500 lost the configuration alone one minut before to reboot alone! someone have an idea about what happen?

Hi, Fernando.



I would proceed a software update and check all the file directory, boot loader, configuration file...

After this, would create a new configuration file, using a different name and saving the configuration using this file, and issue the command:



startup saved-configuration
