Old 3900 switch ip issue

Very strange, my 3900 is working but I cannot ping it nor can I ping from it. On the last sw ver. 3.05.07. I have tried changing the vlan ip to something different with no luck. Needless to say the web based mang. is not working either. It's been a long time sense trying to enter mang. on this device. Is there a way to reset this device? I could not find anything on it.
