POE on 3100 comware 5 possible problem

Hi All

I have a problem with a few ports flapping on 3100, I thought it could be related to POE but before making any statements I need to understand some of the POE outputs on comware 5

See the screenshot below 

I've noticed that those ports I have issues with, 1/0/7 and 1/0/15 change detection status from searching to disabled. Is this expected behaviour?

Is there anything different with the port level configuration on these interfaces?

Are they both plugged into the same type of upstream device?

Is there anything common to those two that you don't see anywhere else?

Can you post a litte more expanded look at the display poe pse report?  What version of Comware are you runing?  What is the model number of your switch?

What product are you trying to power up on 1/07 and 1/0/15?
