Port statistics using SNMP

Is it possible to get port statistics (in and out bytes) from the switch 3Com OfficeConnect Managed Gigabit Switch 8port (3CDSG8) using SNMP?



I know this can be read from hi-level switches, but want to monitor just this small one and in documentation, only received bytes can be viewed in the switch web management.
