Problem with 3cott SUPER STACK 2 switch 3300

Hello, i know its an old model, but it was placer for many years at my rooftop without being used...

i have turned it on after cleaning...

i see all link indicators glowing with red and yellow, fifth link is blinking. trying to insert lan at any port - dont work... any suggestions?

 

to connect via com port - i dont have it yet and on my pc i dot have it...
