QoS Priority Mapping Document Error
According to manual page 1076
Priority Mapping
Configuring Port Priority Trust Mode
"By default the 802.1p precedence of the received packets is trusted"
However, when you do:
Display qos trust int g1/0/1
Port priority: 0
Port priority trust type: untrust

Re: QoS Priority Mapping Document Error
I'm using the latest operation manual H3C S5500-EI Series Switches Operation Manual-Release 2102(V1.01)
from the H3C website for the 5500-EI Series 52 port switch after upgrading the firmware to S5500EI_CMW5.20.R2202P21_S168 from the HP website as I'm unable to get VoIP working on the latest release R2208.

Re: QoS Priority Mapping Document Error
The documentation is correct.
As you have upgraded to Release 2202, you should use the documentation for 2202: H3C S5500-EI Series Ethernet Switches Command References-Release 2202-V1.03 and H3C S5500-EI Series Ethernet Switches Configuration Guides-Release 2202-V1.03.
In Release 2202, untrust represents that port priority is trusted by default.
In Release 2201, untrust represents that 802.1p of incoming packets is trusted. In this mode, if a packet is received without an 802.1q tag, the switch takes the priority of the receiving port as the 802.1p precedence of the packet and then based on the priority searches the dot1p-dp/lp mapping table for the local/drop precedence for the packet. If the packet is received with an 802.1q tag, the switch searches the dot1p-dp/lp mapping table based on the 802.1p precedence in the tag for local/drop precedence for the packet.
