sw4800 - Initial Configuration

I am trying to connect to the switch using the console port using hyperterminal defaults - 9600 baud, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit and no flow control but I don't get the CLI prompt so when I type system-view nothing happens.



Any ideas?
