Transceiver DDI dagnostics

Does anyone have any idea of what sensible baseline values for 'display transceiver diagnosis interface <x>' are? I have one link showing a 'low RX power alarm'  but I don't know how close to the edge it is. There appears to be no command to show the alarm levels.

I upgraded the firmware, and the values starting making more sense; the limits are available from SNMP.
