True Stacking

Hello,

Is there a switch providing dedicated stacking ports rather than 5500G at HPN product portfolio?  Or are they fading out?

The 3800 switches in the ProVision line have an optional module with dedicated 40Gb stacking ports. Up to 10 can be linked, or 5 in a full mesh topology.

Otherwise nearly all the current Comware switches use industry-standard 10 or 40Gb links for IRF (stacking).

Why do you want dedicated stacking ports? The A5500 and every model above it in the old A-series are able to do IRF.
