Voice not working on Data& Vlan port

Hi there,

We are having issues with trying to get data and voice working on the 1 port. The setup consists;

Router to cisco switch to HP5130 

Trunk config to Cisco switch;

interface Ten-GigabitEthernet1/0/49

port trunk permit vlan 4 31
lldp compliance admin-status cdp txrx

Config on HP switch

nterface GigabitEthernet1/0/5
port link-type hybrid
undo port hybrid vlan 1
port hybrid vlan 31 tagged
port hybrid vlan 4 untagged
port hybrid pvid vlan 4
voice-vlan qos trust
undo voice-vlan mode auto
voice-vlan 31 enable
poe enable

There is an SVI on the HP switch 25.6.1.248 /24 (Data vlan 4) & SVI 25.6.2.248 /24 (Voice vlan 31)

The phone is not getting an ip address in the voice vlan range. Any help much appreciated

Can you add belwo commands on HP switch:

lldp compliance admin-status cdp txrx
lldp tlv-enable dot1-tlv protocol-vlan-id 31
lldp tlv-enable med-tlv network-policy 31
