Voice VLAN Conf A5500

In our enviroment (see topology attached), IP phones are not connected directly in our switches. I only know where their VOIP servers/gateways are connected.
These devices are connected to access interfaces.
1 - Do I need to set the OUI address from these devices?
2 - Do I need to configure voice vlan in all interfaces (access and trunk/uplinks) in all switches where I use this VLAN?
3 - Do I need to set voice vlan aging?
4 - Should I disable security mode?
5 - Using this configuration below is enough?
undo voice vlan security enable
voice vlan qos trust
voice vlan mode auto (tried to use this option but it didn't work in access or trunk)
voice vlan vlan-id enable

Thanks
