What are interface aborts?
Hello All!
I issue the command "display interface gi 1/0/49" and have the following output:
<5500G-EI>dis int gi 1/0/49
GigabitEthernet1/0/49 current state : UP
<some output omitted>
Output: 43240 output errors, - underruns, - buffer failures
43240 aborts, 0 deferred, 0 collisions, 0 late collisions
0 lost carrier, - no carrier
What are aborts? What can be the causes of these aborts?
Thank you if you answer.
P.S. This thread has been moved from ProCurve / ProVision-Based to Comware-Based. -HP Forum Moderator
