Where is the Documentation on accessing A5900 via web admin (Https)

Before I hear all the "why not use CLI or nobody uses it" let me say I payed for a device that advertises it there for it is upto me to decide to use it or not.

Now to the point. I have 2 new A5900's and out of the 15 setup guides with 400+ pages each HP cannot even use 3 to document the web access setup. Ridiculous!!! Document every mundane function but not even the simplest initial configuration.

And I am not completly inept, I have 70 procure switches and several Comware 5 switches A5820's)
