Hello,

I'm looking for a Care Pack for 5820 (JC102B). Although I am looking for a 5 year Care Pack for NBD. Support for hardware and software. So would have firmware updates and if what the hardware Kaputt is to send in the. On the HP side, there are many Care Packs, but nowhere is there an overview of the differences.
