4354 Drive Shelf Move

I have 4 4354 Drive shelves, connected to an NT 4 system, via 2 5304 controllers. We are replacing the server with a 2000 server. We want to move the 5304 controllers to the new server and reconnect the drive shelves.

What problems can I expect to run into? Is there a white paper on how to go about this?
